Category 03
Racks, Containment & Raised Floor
Containment is usually the cheapest efficiency gain available in an existing room. Separating supply and return air stops the two mixing, drops the volume of air you need to move, and often allows a higher supply temperature without pushing rack inlets outside the ASHRAE envelope.
We supply and install racks, hot and cold aisle containment, and raised floor systems — and will tell you honestly when containment alone will solve a problem you were about to buy new equipment for.

Category 04
Monitoring, DCIM & Leak Detection
Instrumentation is what turns a cooling system from something you hope is working into something you can prove is working. Environmental monitoring gives you temperature and humidity at the rack inlet rather than at the unit return, which is where the ASHRAE envelope actually applies.
Water leak detection is the other half of the story. In a facility with chilled water or humidifier feeds above or below the floor, a slow leak that goes unnoticed for hours does more damage than most cooling faults. Addressable sensing cable and spot detectors identify the zone, so response starts with location rather than a search.
